Don’t worry about a buy-in fee as there isn’t one. And being an all-inclusive senior independent living community, most everything—including rent, meals, transportation, housekeeping, and utilities—is covered in one convenient monthly payment. We live large here. Our suites and cottage homes are spacious and filled with sought-after features such as 9-ft. ceilings, w/d connections, full kitchens and Grand Living Wellness Bands. With a choice of 20 floors plans, you’re sure to find the living space that’s best suited for your needs. Join neighbors for a workout and swim. Gather with friends in the 100-seat theatre. There are countless ways to connect, share and celebrate the grand life!

Our classically trained chefs have a passion for food and for creating memorable dining experiences. Our flexible dining plans offer choices on what and when you eat, including some meals served around the fire in the outdoor dining area. There’s even room service for those days you don’t feel like venturing out. Food will be sourced locally whenever possible, including from our own garden just a few steps from the kitchen. If you need something, just ask. With 24/7 concierge service and live-in managers, we’re always here and ready to help. And while we’re an independent-living community, we do offer you the convenience of contracting for home-health services through a private company located on site.
